See, life isn't all Spinach Stuffed Chicken and juice purges, and after this week we've all earned a treat. A boozy, chocolatey, rich, vodka and espresso treat: Chocolate White Russians.

There's simply no decent method to put it: I've had one serious week. I stuffed up all that I possess and packed it into my Prius, including a spouse who is four inches taller than whomever the Prius was intended for, and two felines who loathe one another.

Days after the fact, with the enormous tempest previously and a ton of tidying up in our future, there was literally nothing I needed in excess of an alcohol drink on the yard.

I'm disclosing to myself that if the house is so swollen with dampness that the entryways won't close, it's alright to let the calorie checking slide, and enjoy a Chocolate White Russian.

Ingredients

• 2 ounces Vodka
• 1 ounces Kahlua
• 2 ounces Heavy Cream
• 1/2 ounce Chocolate Syrup
• Ice

Instructions

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
2. Drizzle Chocolate Syrup over the ice.
3. Add vodka, kahlua, and cream, and stir. Serve with a piece of chocolate (optional).
