Ingredients
- pineapple pico de gallo
- 4 cups (600g) pineapple, chopped (about 1 medium whole pineapple)
- 2 cups (300g) tomatoes, chopped
- ½ (120g) red onion, chopped
- 1 cup (20g) cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

- 6 avocados, halved and deseeded
Instructions
- Add pineapple, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix well to combine.
- Serve inside cut avocado halves with tortillas chips, guacamole, on tacos, or as a garnish on soups. Enjoy!
